About Us

The annual Royal Newfoundland Regiment Memorial High School Hockey Tournament is the largest high school hockey tournament in the province.

The invitational tournament is held each April to commemorate the legacy of The Royal Newfoundland Regiment and its rich hockey history.

The tournament is run by a volunteer Board of Directors consisting of retired members of The Regiment and others, in collaboration with NL Schools and HockeyNL.

A total of 32 high school hockey teams (16 Boys teams and 16 Girls teams) from across the province will compete for the Beaumont-Hamel Centennial Cup and Beaumont-Hamel Cup.

Games are played in Paradise and Mount Pearl, NL.

Games are also televised and live-streamed on Rogers TV.
