Huskies Take first annual Beaumont Hamel Centennial Cup
news • 2016-08-05 The MPSH Huskies shut out the Gonzaga Vikings 3 to 0 to take the first annual Beaumont Hamel Centennial Cup at the Paradise Double Ice Complex on Sunday April 10, 2016. Riley Lingard had two goals including the winner and Pierce Halliday added a helper. Jordan Blackwood was perfect over 45 min for the shut out. Captain Taylor of the Royal Newfoundland Regiment presented the Cup to the winners and Paradise Mayor Dan Bobbett along with other members of council helped hand out the metals to both teams. Over all it was a great week of hockey and we hope everyone enjoyed the first ever Beaumont Hamel Centennial Cup.
